It's not our goal to replicate businesses, products, customers, or competitive advantages. The sole purpose of this initiative is to help train and evaluate AI systems on realistic enterprise settings.
All data is handled under strict contractual protections. You sign nothing until your own legal and compliance advisors have reviewed the full agreement. Regulated businesses remain responsible for their own obligations, such as client confidentiality rules, IRC §7216 for tax preparers, HIPAA, GDPR / UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, and other applicable privacy law, and we'll help you raise these with the buyer early.

A research team at a major AI lab training and evaluating AI systems for enterprise work. The buyer's identity is shared on your introductory call and in the NDA, and you'll deal with them directly from that point.
( 02 )Are you buying my company?
No. This is a data agreement, not an acquisition or investment. You retain ownership of your underlying data, and nothing changes about ownership, staffing, or how you serve customers.
( 03 )Will this be used to compete with me?
No. The purpose is to train and evaluate AI systems on realistic enterprise settings, not to replicate your business, products, customers, or competitive advantages.
( 04 )How is the payment amount decided?
The buyer sets it based on dataset size, workflow complexity, uniqueness of the operational knowledge, data quality, and the domain expertise represented. The final amount is in your agreement before anything is transferred.
( 05 )What does it cost my company?
Nothing. KnowledgeFlood is compensated by the buyer for successful introductions. You never pay us a fee.
( 06 )What about customer consent and confidentiality?
Many businesses, especially in accounting, legal, financial services, and healthcare, have specific obligations around client information. We strongly recommend involving your counsel early, and we'll help you raise any consent or scope requirements with the buyer before signing.
( 07 )Why is there a deadline?
The buyer's current program is funded for this quarter. Companies that are introduced and move forward before September 30 are eligible under the current terms. Later programs may or may not be available.
( 08 )Who should fill out the form?
A CEO, managing partner, owner, or executive who can make decisions about the company's data and agreements.
